Job Description :
- The Quality Executive will have the responsibility for handling day to day quality related tasks, quality improvement projects and handling lab activities including RM,PM,FG and micro.
- The primary objective of the job is to handle quality control and assurance for Amli 1 and Amli 2 involving categories: HC and PC both.
- The person will require to work upon improving the process capability of machines to reduce quality defects, conduct periodic audits, maintain GMP in plant, handle & monitor EOL quality checks contributing to all the factory’s Quality targets and KPIs.
- Deliver Quality Improvement Projects
- Conduct internal and external audits
- Extensive interaction with cross functional teams including RDC, CQA, SM and also suppliers.
- Involvement during trials, innovations and FTR implementation along with production and engineering team.
- Responsible for central quality lab including testing, analysis and calibration of equipment’s.
- Work with CQA team on driving central quality projects.
- Lead the QC pillar of WCM.
- Manage AOQL operations.
- Coordinate and manage Product Quality Incident and recall mechanism
- Conducting HACCP and mainte
- Implementation, compliance and management of Unilever Quality Standards and Statutory Requirements(FDA)
- Trainings related to quality and grassroots activities
- D incidents tracking, reporting & actions on depot freezes
Eligiblity : M.sc Microbiology
Experinece Required : 0-4 years
