Job Title : Scientific Officer
Job Description :
- Perform Registration & Phlebotomy.
- Sample Acceptance & Rejection.
- Performing tests with turn around time as per Standard Operating Procedure.
- To analyse internal & external Quality Assurance samples.
- Perform calibration & control as per Standard Operating Procedure.
- To incorporate result entry of the test performed.
- Carrying out review of intermediate test results or worksheets, as applicable.
- To ensure proper storage of sample after analysis.
- To ensure reports dispatch & data storage.
- Critical abnormal findings to be escalated.
- To ensure daily maintenance of equipments & function checks as per preventive maintenance schedule.
- To maintain inventory of reagents & to store reagents as per Standard Operating Procedure.
- Safety Implement a safe laboratory environment in compliance with good practice and applicable regulations.
- To follow safety precautions as per Standard Operating Procedure.
- Back up data from LIS and equipments to be taken at regular interval.
- Assist in upkeep of personnel records.
Eligiblity : B.sc / M.sc Microbiology
