Job Description:

Development of analytical methods by TLC/HPLC/GC for monitoring the reactions, estimation of Assay, Related substances, Genotoxic impurities, Residual solvents and Chiral purity.

• Analysis of samples by UV, IR and other wet analytical techniques and preparation of analytical reports.
• Validation of methods as per ICH guidelines
• Performing stress, hygroscopic studies and stability studies for drug substances
• Preparation of Specification based on the trend data, Method of Analysis, Validation protocols and reports.
• Method transfer to QC
• Establishing methods and data generation for cut-off studies for solvents, reagents etc. used in the synthetic process
• Development and validation of cleaning methods by TLC/UV/HPLC/GC
• Qualification of Reference standards/working standards/impurity standards.
• Periodic calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments

Technical Requirements:

• Good understanding of the basics of chromatography; column chemistry, sample preparation and method development aspects
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as ICH

Qualification: M.Sc Biochemistry
