RECRUITMENT NOTIFICATION

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals with excellent academic record, motivation for teaching and commitment to quality research for the posts of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in various Departments of the Institute.

The filled-in application form along with Summary Sheet,necessary documents and the application fee in form of Demand Draft should reach The Registrar, National Institute of Technology, Warangal–506 004, on or before 28-02-2013. 

NOTES:

• Short listing criteria for calling for interview may be higher than those advertised.
• The Qualifications, Experience and age limit will be considered as on 28-02-2013. (Last date for receipt of applications).
• Higher starting pay and/or AGP may be offered to deserving candidates on recommendation of the Selection Committee. 
•  Reservations are applicable as per Government of India norms. 
• Ph.D. is an essential qualification for all posts in Science and Humanities disciplines. 
• Exceptionally talented candidates with M.Tech. may be considered for appointment as Assistant Professor on contract basis for a period of three years during which he/she must obtain Ph.D. degree. However the tenure of contract may be extended for a period of two more years based on the progress and performance.
•  After obtaining Ph.D. (with in Five years of appointment), the contractual appointment will be regularized with effect from the date of joining the Institute.
• The eligibility, qualifications and experience for the posts notified shall be governed by the guidelines issued by MHRD from time to time.
