Biochem Life Sciences inviting application from suitable candidates for the following post :

Title : BDE (Sales Representative)
Description :

• Understand the products of the company thoroughly
• Provide strategic inputs through proposals based on what the market demands
• Develop a complete understanding of the customer segment for our products
• Understand the different segments within the field of Biotech instrumentation and consumables and match customer requirements with the suite of products within the organization or if need be integrate third party products to evolve the total system
• Understand the requirements of the customer and map it to the available products of the organization or to the expertise and skills within the organization
• Meet with business targets set for the accounting year on a monthly basis and ensure a steady booking of orders throughout the year.
• Set evaluation parameters to gauge the customer satisfaction about the products and services
• Continuously monitor customer satisfaction
• Strategize effectively to create new customers on a continuous basis
• Market intelligence activities for the sector identify clients and needs

Required Skills :

• The person with biotech background (MSc/BSc/ B.tech) with at least minimum 1-3 years experience in marketing of Biotech instrumentation, Laboratory equipments, Biochemicals and customized biotech products like primer synthesis/ Peptide synthesis to the customer or in the use of such products with a bent of mind and attitude for marketing.
• Should be willing to travel extensively.

Territory : Chandigarh and nearby.
Salary : Negotiable
Qualification & Experience : MSc /BSc / B.E /B.tech in biotechnology and related field.
