- 2-wheeler
- laptop/computer with internet access
Responsibilities :
- Meet and educate new clients (purchase, finance, end-researcher) about Ocimum’s products/services
- Respond to enquiries, request-for-proposals, rate-contract requests, tenders, etc within stipulated time.
- Co-ordinate between end-researcher and Ocimum headquarters/lab for on-time delivery of project
- Follow up with customers for timely payments.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation/records for entire pre and post sales activities – meetings, phone-calls, quotes, proposals, purchase orders, invoices, collections, etc
- Collect customer samples, and deliver customer results within stipulated period.
KPAs:
- 7 Face-to-face meetings with new clients per working day.
- 10 client phone calls per working day.
- Respond to enquiries, request-for-proposals, rate-contract requests,tenders, etc within 2 working days.
- Collect money within 30 days of invoice issue.
- Update records for each transaction in centralized document repository – meeting, phone-call, enquiry, proposal/quote, purchase orders, invoices, collection updates, sample collections, results delivery, etc – within 2 working days of each transaction.
Remuneration:
- Fixed Competitive Component
- Commissions at applicable rates and as per existing HR policies
