BiOZEEN Training program Description:
The approach of BiOZEEN training is based on the processes followed in the Biopharmaceutical industry, right from the equipment design, process parameter optimization(inoculum/seeding density, pH etc.,), preparation and filtration of media, scale up of fermentation processes from shake flask to 125L microbial fermentor, handling, maintenance and scale up of animal cell cultures from T-flasks to 5L bioreactor, Downstream processing(TFF, hands on pilot scale Chromatography columns) andprocess/equipment validation of supporting activities like Cleaning In Place, Sterilization In place, autoclave, dry heat sterilizer, integrity testing of filters.
