Description : Manager, Imaging Research
Essential Function :1. Manages and ensures adequate resourcing of a team comprised of Imaging Research Associates, Imaging Assistants and Project Assistants to meet project deliverables.
2. Develops and reviews processes and corresponding guidelines to streamline and
harmonize procedures across different imaging locations.
3. Supervises IRA/IA/PA to ensure high quality output and adherence to project timelines.
4. Guides ongoing training and career development for IRA/IA/PA 
Key Accountabilities :a. Maintains effective partnership with Project Managers to ensure harmonized and efficient efforts across studies
b. Provide general and if applicable project specific trainings to new hire and existing employees, including direct training to the IRA/IA/PA, group based on area of specialization.
c. Maintains project specific access control to applications and corporate systems.
d. Functions independently to perform monitoring tasks needed to meet project deadlines, including but not limited to the monitoring of project backlogs.
e. Takes a leadership role to focus project team on meeting project-specific goals.
f. Assists with managing projects under the guidance of the Program Directors and Project Managers.
g. Maintains an intimate knowledge of the daily tasks performed by their staff (IA/IRA/PA,).
h. Ensures appropriate local and global resourcing assigned to projects by monitoring deliverables and backlog reports. 
Education : BA/BS in a biological science, health science or pharmacy or equivalent degree or experience
Minimum Work Experience :1. Previous experience in the healthcare industry (Pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or CRO).
2. Clinical trial experience preferred.
3. Imaging experience strongly preferred.
4. Management experience preferred.
