Desired Candidate Profile :
- Must have knowledge of media preparation, growth promotion.
- Performs quality control testing of media, reagents and identification materials.
- Water analysis.
- Maintenance of stock and subculture. performs microbial identification using manual testing and automated systems.
- Monitoring of classified area.
- Immunological test like SDS PAGE,IEF, WESTERN BLOTTING etc
- Bioburden and MLT testing etc.
- Initiate, document and perform microbiological analysis on received test samples.
- Knowledge of microbiological mehtod validation like BET, Sterility etc.
- Utility and equipment validation.
